Which cable should I choose?

Choose Type C if you have an Android phone or an iPhone 15 or newer. Choose iPhone if you have an iPhone 14 or older. If you are unsure, send us your phone model on WhatsApp.

Does it really support 240W?

The Type C cable supports charging up to 240W. The speed you actually get depends on your phone and your charger, because both must support high-power charging. The iPhone cable charges iPhones as fast as the iPhone and charger allow.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Nairobi CBD: free, same day. Outside the CBD within Nairobi: same day, Ksh. 300. Outside Nairobi: within 24 hours, Ksh. 350. You can also pick up from our Nairobi CBD location for free.

Can I pay on delivery?

In Nairobi, yes: you pay when your order arrives. Outside Nairobi, the delivery fee is paid before dispatch.

What if my cable is faulty?

Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Returns are not accepted other than for faulty cables.
